Excellent app to easily track spending without being tied down to a budget format. It does allow that if thats what you are looking for.

I use Spending to know exactly where I spend cash. It has proven to be an excellent source for me. Easy to use.

Ive always wanted to keep track of my spending and have been looking for an app that could help me to do that in a very simple and organized way. This app was the only one I found that did exactly that! It easily allows me to track both spending as well as income, which is really important for me since I teach privately and that means students sometimes cancel, so my income is not guaranteed! This allows me to keep track of how much Im really spending vs earning. And its so easy to keep everything organized and see where youre spending a bit too much. Its incredibly helpful and it gives you amazing piece of mind to understand your cash flow better. As a young university student, I think that I may be able to budget and save better by first understanding my spending habits. This is a lifesaver!! Thank you!!

Highly recommend, easy to use

I have not one complaint about this app. Yes, there are the occasional pop-up ads, but you can close them. Its a free app. Ill bet purchasing an upgrade is a Cadillac app, but so far, this serves my purposes.

This is a GREAT app. Iʻve been using it to track expenses for several different budget categories, and it keeps me on track. I do wish it had a Macintosh companion and auto updating via iCloud. Then, regardless if Iʻm on the road or sitting at my desk at home, I could make an entry, and it would also be reflected on my other devices and in iCloud. How about it? Please?

Wish it could back up to something else other that drop box! Thats why it gets 4 instead of 5. Very simple to use and clear cut

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS APP!!! It is helping me keep track of all my monthly incomes and expenses. It is super easy to use. It allows me to personalize it however I need to for our families budget. I recommend this 100%.

This is a great app to keep track of your finances.

I like how easy it is to use. It helps me keep track of how much I have in our two different accounts. I also like that I can add notes, like when a check clears or specific facts about the idem I purchased and why. I use the free version, the few adds dont bother me. I wish I could put my many different categories in alphabetical order, instead of the order they were added to the list. I dont like hunting down the ever growing list, its a pain. Fix that issue and its perfect.

I just updated my iPhone to 9.3.1 version. The spending app is now frozen and had been "waiting" for an hour. I tried to restart my phone but didnt work. Up to this point the app has been great.

Very easy to use...thinking about upgrading to get rid of the ad pop ups every 5th entry. Overall I would recommend it to a friend!

This app is awesome!!!!

Last year was the first time I tracked my expenses via an app. I was using a different app and entered several months of receipts, then I started having trouble with the app. I searched for a new app, and liked what I saw with Spending Tracker. I switched and entered the expenses all over again in the new app. It was helpful in January for preparing my taxes. The only trouble I had was when I switched from using my iPad to my iPhone, however I received an immediate email reply from my question and then after going back to the app all was okay.
